Do you need help?
If you live in those areas transitioning to the NDIS on either 1 July or 1 October 2017, we strongly encourage you to make contact with scosa’s Community Services Manager, Steve Wales, who is supporting families and carers with their NDIS preparations. Steve can be contacted by calling 8347 2664 during business hours, or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Steve can assist in discussing your needs, what should be in your NDIS plan, what to consider in preparing for your NDIS plan, and the development of a quote for scosa’s services under the NDIS. Please take this opportunity to talk to us to ensure that you are as well positioned as possible to get the best outcome from the NDIS for you or your loved one.
